Fee Schedule Methodology

The NPPN Contract Fee Schedule Methodology is based on the lesser of a percentage
of Medicare or a percentage off billed charges. This methodology is explicitly stated in
your network contract.

For example: Network Provider agrees to accept from customers as payment-in-full
for Covered Services rendered to Participants the lesser of 110% of Medicare or
60% of Network Provider's billed charges.
